Note: Had a gut feeling not to run today. Not feeling particularly bad, just something telling me trying to go long today is a bad idea. I hit 50 last week, which is huge, and I have to get a lot of work done this week and try to work in doubles. So that's the game plan, to get back into the doubling mode and hit 40-45 sans long run.

Note: AM: Easy 5, sort of feel like I have a bruise or something. Doesn't really hurt when I run but hurts to touch. Strange. PM: Easy 5+ again at lunch, better than this morning. Still feel like there's something but I really didn't even think about it once I got going, but the moment I stopped I felt it creep back. Odd and annoying but I don't think serious.
