Note: 32 lb ruck around pc. Left foot still hurts, shin feels better. Saw some dank individuals on the way, walked through lots of mud. Weighed in around 160 last night, progress being made.

Note: Decided to do a murph today. First mile was a 5:40, aimed for tempo pace/effort with a bit of a kick in. Everything else wasn't too bad, felt very strong on pushups, fine on squats. Crappy pullup bar that has weird foam handholds got soaked with sweat, but held up fine all things considered. Finished in 40:37, although I paused the watch walking inside from the mile as well as walking out for the second mile. Second mile was tough, kinda just went at conversational run pace. I could have gone sub 40 today, and I think with more training I can cut major time.
